All Reptiles are guaranteed to arrive alive and well as long
as the following terms are met
1 Someone must be available to sign for the package on
the first attempt
2 Temps must be between 40 and 90 at all points
between the departure and arrival zone. Keep in mind
that the Fedex hub is in Memphis Tennessee. It is your
responsibility to notify us of the temps in your area.
3 Any problems must be reported within 24 hours of the
arrival of the reptiles.
4 Shipping costs are not refundable under any
circumstances.
5 We reserve the right not to sell to anyone for any reason.
6 We do want you to be happy with your purchase from
B.A.R.C. Reptiles and will be available for the life of the
animal to answer any of your questions.
7 There will be a 20 percent restocking fee imposed on all
cancelled orders.
